Nick Speer
Nick Speer is originally from Sandusky where he graduated from Perkins High School. After graduating high school, he became the first person in his family to attend and graduate from college. Nick attended the University of Cincinnati, graduating with a BA in marketing while minoring in Family Business and Entrepreneurship and was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Before joining Paul Davis Emergency Services, his professional career included managing two construction equipment supply stores and he was the Southeast Regional Manager for a medical equipment manufacturer. Nick is a member of the Flag City BNI group (President), the Flag City Morning Rotary (Board of Directors), the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce (Ambassador), the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce, and the Hancock County Homebuilders Association. Nick is the proud father of two sons, Zach and Dylan, and currently resides in Findlay, Ohio.
Dan Delany
Dan graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. After graduation he took a job at Sunbelt Rentals where he worked for 7 years. Throughout his years at Sunbelt Dan worked as an Inside Sales Representative, Outside Sales Representative and a District Field Service Manager. Dan moved to Findlay January 1, 2010 to work for Paul Davis Emergency Services as a Project Manager. He holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation.
Austin Lobdell
Austin was born and raised in Findlay, Ohio. He graduated from Findlay High School, Class of 2009. He was awarded many certificates and awards from Millstream for network design and information systems support. Following graduation, Austin has attended DeVry University where he studied network design. Outside school Austin participates as a BNI member providing computer support.
